Zweck:
(1) Der Verein ist nicht auf Gewinn ausgerichtet und verfolgt
ausschließlich und unmittelbar gemeinnützige Zwecke im Sinne der §§ 34
ff BAO. Er bezweckt Tätigkeiten im Bereich der Forschung, Entwicklung
und Verbreitung von Open Source Soft- und Hardware, mit Schwerpunkt
Kunst, Gestaltung und Lehre.
(2) Ziele des Vereins sind insbesondere:
1. Entwicklung und Förderung offener Plattformen an der Schnittstelle
zwischen Programmierung und Maker Kultur.
2. Aufbau und Förderung von Communities von NutzerInnen.
3. Entwicklung und Verbreitung von Bildungsangeboten in diesem Bereich,
insbesondere für Kinder und Jugendliche.
4. Forschung, Entwicklung und Nutzung neuer kreativer Methoden zur
Vermittlung, Anwendung und Gestaltung in diesem Bereich.
Purpose
(1) The activity of the association and its members is exclusively for
non-profit purposes and is not aimed at profit. It is intended to do
research and development in the field of programming on the basis of
open source tools.
(2) The objectives of the Association are in particular:
• Development and promotion of open platforms at the interface between
programming and maker culture.
• Development and dissemination of educational opportunities in this
area, especially for children and young people.
• Development and use of new creative methods for imparting and
applying programming knowledge and material implementation.
